试验以反复干旱为基础,模拟土壤干旱条件研究了8种燕麦幼苗在水分胁迫下叶片相对含水量(RWC)、气孔孔径、游离脯氨酸含量、乙烯含量、叶绿素含量及细胞膜的透性。运用模糊数学对各个指标进行综合评定和数量化分析,探讨了生理生化方法应用于燕麦品种抗旱性鉴定的可行性。根据水分胁迫时8种燕麦生理生化变化的综合分析评价,我们可以把这8种燕麦品种苗期抗旱性可归为三类,即强抗旱性品种为:加拿大燕麦和永久52;中抗旱性品种为:永久444燕麦和永久489燕麦;弱抗旱性品种为:永久479燕麦、P67燕麦、080燕麦和P20燕麦
Based on the repeated drought, simulated the soil drought conditions, the relative water content (RWC), stomatal aperture, free proline content, ethylene content, chlorophyll content and cell membrane permeability of eight oat seedlings under water stress were studied. Fuzzy mathematics is used to comprehensively evaluate and quantify each index, and the feasibility of applying physiological and biochemical methods to drought resistance identification of oat varieties is discussed. According to the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of physiological and biochemical changes of 8 oats during water stress, we can classify the 8 kinds of oat cultivars into three types at the seedling stage, that is, the drought-tolerant cultivars are Canadian oats and permanent 52; Are: permanent 444 oats and permanent 489 oats; weakly drought resistant varieties are: permanent 479 oats, P67 oats, 080 oats and P20 oats
