以辽宁铁法煤业集团小康矿为工程背景,通过分析该矿地质条件,提出一种能够有效控制围岩变形的高强高预紧力支护方式。运用FLAC~3D数值模拟软件,对地质条件复杂的软岩巷道S2N8工作面运输巷,按照实际尺寸分别建立新旧支护方式的数值计算模型。通过分析数值计算结果,对比新旧支护方式下巷道围岩位移和塑性圈范围,得出新型支护方式能够有效控制围岩变形和破坏。对模拟段巷道进行了现场工业试验,并对巷道围岩位移进行监测,证明模拟结果的可靠性。
Based on the engineering background of Xiaokang Mine of Liaoning Tiefa Coal Industry Group, a kind of high strength and high preload support mode that can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock is proposed by analyzing the geological conditions of this mine. Using FLAC ~ 3D numerical simulation software, the numerical simulation model of the old and new supporting ways is established respectively according to the actual size for the transport lane with soft complex roadway S2N8 working face with complex geological conditions. By analyzing the numerical results and comparing the displacement of surrounding rock and the plastic zone under the new and old supporting ways, it is concluded that the new supporting method can effectively control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock. Field simulation tests were carried out on the simulated roadway and the displacement of the surrounding rock was monitored to prove the reliability of the simulation results.
