干部人事制度是党的建设的重要内容。贯彻《2010-2020年深化干部人事制度改革规划纲要》,深化中央企业干部人事制度改革,要按照科学发展观的要求,坚持党管干部原则,以改革和完善企业领导人员管理制度为重点,逐步完善与公司治理结构相适应的企业领导人员管理体制,进一步健全符合中国特色现代企业制度要求的中央企业干部人事制度。
