目的探讨枸杞多糖对实验性食管癌大鼠的食管癌细胞生长的抑制作用及其意义。方法经皮下注射Eca109细胞建立实验性食管癌大鼠动物模型,通过灌胃治疗给药检测枸杞多糖的抗食管癌作用。观察不同浓度枸杞多糖对食管癌生长的抑制作用。结果枸杞多糖经灌胃治疗食管癌大鼠后,对肿瘤生长呈浓度及时间依赖性抑制。与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤生长抑制率达64.1%。结论枸杞多糖对实验性食管癌大鼠的食管癌细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides on esophageal cancer cell growth in experimental esophageal cancer rats and its significance. Methods Eca109 cells were injected subcutaneously to establish an experimental esophageal cancer rat model. The effects of LBP on esophageal cancer were detected by intragastric administration. To observe the different concentrations of lycium barbarum polysaccharides on the inhibition of esophageal cancer growth. Results Lycium barbarum polysaccharide after oral administration of esophageal cancer rats, the tumor growth in a concentration and time-dependent inhibition. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Tumor growth inhibition rate of 64.1%. Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharides significantly inhibit the growth of esophageal cancer cells in experimental esophageal cancer rats.
