随着我国经济的快速发展,资源的利用问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点。本文从循环经济与传统经济的区别出发,通过对循环经济的产生与发展进行分析,找到循环经济发展的切入点,并进一步论述了开展清洁生产时循环经济发展的促进作用。文章结合循环经济与清洁生产的理论,介绍了我国铅锌开采、冶炼、消费、回收的现状,指出在大力发展铅锌工业的同时,应加强铅锌再生利用,从而推动我国铅锌工业的可持续性发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the utilization of resources has become the focus of more and more people’s attention. Based on the difference between circular economy and traditional economy, this paper analyzes the emergence and development of circular economy and finds the starting point for the development of circular economy, and further discusses the promoting role of circular economy in the development of cleaner production. This paper introduces the current situation of lead and zinc mining, smelting, consumption and recycling in China based on the theory of recycling economy and cleaner production. It points out that while vigorously developing lead and zinc industry, we should strengthen the recycling of lead and zinc so as to promote the lead and zinc industry in our country Sustainable development.
