职工体育对于构建和谐企业,促进企业发展具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了本单位职工体育随着企业改革和市场变化给职工体育发展所带来的新问题。采用问卷调查法、访谈法和统计法对中国南车眉山车辆有限公司职工体育进行了体育组织、设施、活动等方面的调查,揭示出现阶段职工体育面临的体育组织动力不足、体育设施发展不平衡、体育活动针对性不强等主要问题。提出了建立分公司车间工会、单项协会,小区健身委员会三位一体的组织网络并实行目标管理,平衡设施建设,有针对性地开展职工体育活动等措施,旨在推动职工体育健康持续发展。
Staff and workers sports for building a harmonious enterprise, promote enterprise development has very important significance. This article analyzes the new problems brought by employee sports in this unit to the development of employee sports with the reform of enterprises and the market changes. This paper investigates the sports organization, facilities and activities of staff and workers of China South Locomotive Meishan Vehicle Co., Ltd. by means of questionnaire, interviews and statistics. It reveals that the motivation of sports organization is not enough, the unbalanced development of sports facilities, Physical activity is not targeted and other major issues. Proposed the establishment of branch workshop workshop, individual associations, district fitness committee Trinity network of organizations and the implementation of goal management, balanced facilities construction, targeted sports activities and other measures to promote the sustainable development of sports and health workers.
