构建了一种超临界色谱(SFC)-GC-MS方法,并用来检测卷烟主流烟气粒相物中酯类物质。用超临界流体对捕集卷烟主流烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片进行萃取,将萃取得到的香气成分用SFC进行初步分离,划分成3段,将分离出的3段馏分,分别用GC/M S进行检测分析。检测数据显示,样品不分段直接进样用GC/MS分析,总共检测出了11种酯类化合物;然而,经SFC分段后,再用GC/MS分析,总共检测出了31种酯类化合物。经SFC分离后的各段化合物峰形较好,基本不重叠,为主流烟气中酯类成分检测提供一种新方法。
A supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) -GC-MS method was developed and used to detect ester species in the particulate matter of mainstream cigarette smoke. The supercritical fluid was used to extract the Cambridge filter which was used to capture the mainstream tobacco smoke particulates. The aroma components were separated by SFC and divided into three sections. The three fractions were separated by GC / MS for testing and analysis. The test data showed that a total of 11 ester compounds were detected by GC / MS analysis without segmented direct injection; however, a total of 31 esters were detected by SFC / GC / MS analysis Compound. The peak shape of each compound after SFC separation is good and basically does not overlap, providing a new method for the determination of esters in the mainstream smoke.
