近十几年来,自动化测试技术发展迅速,但在测量仪器中只引入部分微处理器电路,主要起管理指挥的作用而不直接参与测量过程。近年来,以通用微机为核心,配以一定的专用电路,即测量仪器与微机“一体化”,并配备微机运行的软件,共同完成仪器的职能。显然,这是测量仪器的一个发展方向,开展这一研究工作是有益的。它为测量仪器和计量、检定工作提出了一些新的、重要的和高难度的研究课题。可以预料,一旦这些问题得到解决,具有自动调准功能的微机化仪器将作为计量工作标准使用。它将使我国的测量仪器和计量、检定工作的质量得到大大提高。
In recent ten years, automated testing technology has developed rapidly, but only part of the microprocessor in the measuring instrument is introduced into the circuit, which is mainly responsible for the management of the command rather than directly involved in the measurement process. In recent years, general-purpose microcomputer as the core, together with a dedicated circuit, that is, measuring instruments and micro-computer “integration”, and equipped with microcomputer software to work together to complete the functions of the instrument. Obviously, this is a direction of development of measuring instruments, to carry out this research work is beneficial. It puts forward some new, important and difficult research topics for measuring instruments and measurement and verification work. It can be expected that once these problems are solved, the computerized instrument with automatic calibration function will be used as the measurement standard. It will greatly improve the quality of measurement instruments and measurement and verification in our country.
