为了解上海市城市河岸带土壤氮矿化速率以及活性氮库的变化,在上海市选择了6个典型城市河岸带,自2010年12月至2011年11月每两个月一次采用埋袋法测定了各河岸带0~35 cm深度土壤氮矿化速率和活性氮库的变化。结果表明,上海市城市河岸带0~35 cm深度土壤净矿化速率平均为0.006 mg kg-1 d-1,且具有显著的时空差异性;通过three-way ANOVA和Pearson相关分析发现,土壤深度、月份和区域条件均能对河岸带土壤氮矿化速率产生显著的单一或综合交互影响,净矿化速率与SOC含量呈极显著负相关关系(p<0.01),与土壤中NO3-和NH4+的含量以及温度均呈极显著正相关关系(p<0.01),而与土壤粒径没有显著的相关关系。上海市城市河岸带0~35 cm土壤整体上表现为活性氮库的增加,但在不同的点位和月份上会出现活性氮库亏损的现象。
In order to understand the changes of soil nitrogen mineralization rate and active nitrogen pool in urban riparian zone of Shanghai, six typical urban riparian zones were selected in Shanghai.
