[目的]了解合肥市2015—2016年放射工作人员健康状况,为放射工作人员的职业健康与安全管理提供科学依据。[方法]定期对从事放射、介入、核医学、放疗等的工作人员进行职业健康检查和个人剂量监测,对数据进行统计学分析。[结果]白细胞(WBC)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、晶状体异常、眼部等检查结果异常率在各工龄组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但眼科检查结果异常率在20~年工龄组略高;淋巴细胞微核率与染色体畸变率均在正常范围。2015年和2016年,放射工作人员平均年累积剂量分别为0.44 m Sv、0.54 m Sv,各个科室两年均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以介入放射工作人员两年间的平均累积剂量最高。2年的平均年累积剂量和工龄呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.05)。[结论]合肥市放射诊疗机构辐射防护效果较好。建议重点加强介入放射工作人员的个体防护力度,加强工龄较长放射工作人员的健康教育。
[Objective] To understand the health status of radiation workers in Hefei city from 2015 to 2016 and provide scientific basis for the occupational health and safety management of radiation workers. [Methods] Regular occupational health examination and personal dose monitoring were conducted on staff engaged in radiation, intervention, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy, and the data were statistically analyzed. [Results] The abnormal rates of WBC, ALT, TSH, lens abnormalities and ocular were not significantly different among different age groups (P> 0.05) , But the abnormal rate of ophthalmologic examination was slightly higher in the 20-year age group; the micronuclei rate and chromosome aberration rate of lymphocytes were in the normal range. In 2015 and 2016, the average annual cumulative doses of radiographers were 0.44 m Sv and 0.54 m Sv, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two years in all departments (P <0.05), and the average number of intervening radiation workers in two years The highest cumulative dose. The average annual cumulative dose of 2 years was positively correlated with length of service (r = 0.78, P <0.05). [Conclusion] Hefei radiotherapy department radiation protection effect is better. It is suggested that the focus should be on strengthening the individual protection of interventional radiation workers and on the health education of longer-working radiation workers.
