妇幼保健保险责任制是妇幼保健工作的一项重大改革,也是我国妇幼保健事业发展的方向。陈敏章部长在全国卫生厅局长会议上的讲话,对此给予了充分地肯定,并指出,要继续加以推广,同时进一步探索出更多的适合我国农村特点的医疗卫生保险制度。
Maternal and child health insurance responsibility system is a major reform of maternal and child health care, and it is also the direction of the development of maternal and child health care in China. Minister Chen Minzhang gave a full affirmation at the meeting of the Director-General of the National Health Department and pointed out that it is necessary to continue to promote and further explore more suitable medical and health insurance systems that are suitable for the characteristics of rural areas in China.
