前言随着保温材料的开发和保温工艺的改进,管线本体的保温已日趋完善。但是管线支撑部位的保温是一个薄弱环节,目前大都直接将管线架设在支架上。由于金属热传导和裸露面的散热,导致热能较大损失。管托是管道的重要组成部分,管托散热往往不被人们重视。长期以来,国内管道上采用的都是一般普通型管托,即将金属件直接与管道焊接在一起,平落于管架埋件上。对于高温管道而言,因金属导热系数大,管托又裸露在空气中,所以这种形式导致直接热损失很大。
