在化工机器安装和和检修中,化工设备联轴器的校正是一项十分重要的内容。联轴器一种特殊连接装置,主要用做主动轴和从动轴的连接,通过两根轴将不同的设备连接起来,一根轴将动力转给另一根轴,使之共同旋转。所以在进行机器安装和检修的过程中,必须对联轴器的对正进行仔细地检查,使转动设备的各轴心线达到同轴要求,防止轴与轴承上的零件发生损坏,影响工作的正常进行。本文将根据联轴器经常出现的位移情况,研究和分析化工设备在安装和检修中联轴器的校正方法,为今后化工企业在机器设备联轴器的校正工作上提供帮助。
In the chemical machinery installation and maintenance, the chemical equipment coupling correction is a very important content. A special connecting device used mainly as a connection between a drive shaft and a driven shaft. Two shafts connect different devices. One shaft transfers the power to the other so that it rotates together.
