木麻黄有性后代,多数表现为雌雄异株,生产者有反映雄株高大魁伟、树干通直、生长领先之说,是否如此,差异又有多大?在能分辩出雌雄株的季节里,笔者对原湛江区主要木麻黄产地徐闻、湛江市郊、电白进行了一次调查,以探求它们差异的大小及其可利用的价值。一、调查方法:根据不同立地、不同树龄共选了十三个标准地,观测了2,888株,相当于林地面积50.4亩。其中徐闻防护林场作为东海岸代表,选了七个标准地、面积26.6亩,调查了1505株;湛江市郊南三林场选了五个标准地、面积10.8亩,调查了998株;电

Five standard sites were selected in Nansan Forest Farm on the outskirts of Zhanjiang with an area of 10.8 mu and 998 strains were investigated.
