通过对引进的玉杏、红丰、凯特、红太阳、大棚王等5个山东杏品种1年生枝条进行0℃、-25℃、-30℃、-35℃、-40℃等5个梯度低温和时间交互胁迫处理,测定各品种电解质渗出率、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化等相关的生理指标,以研究经抗寒性锻炼之后的各品种不同胁迫时间和胁迫温度在生理方面对各品种的影响。结果表明,电解质渗出率、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量均随温度的降低而增高;5个优质杏品种的半致死温度分别为玉杏-41.65℃、红丰-35.33℃、凯特-34.38℃、红太阳-34.06℃、大棚王-31.40℃。抗寒力强弱顺序:玉杏>红丰>凯特>红太阳>大棚王。

Order of cold-hardiness: Yu Xing> Hongfeng> Kate> Red Sun> Greenhouse king.
