药物滥用并发人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染正随着HIV感染或艾滋病(AIDS)的蔓延而快速增长。我所近几年收治的海洛因依赖者中HIV阳性者16人,其中有姊妹俩同被HIV感染,现报告如下:姊妹俩系辽宁人,1999年8月26日被强制来所,酶联免疫法(ELISA)常规检测抗—HIV阳性,经市卫生防疫站用金标法和蛋白印迹法确证为抗—HIV阳性。此二人均有卖淫史,嫖客均为港、澳、台游客,外国人次之,偶用避孕套。
