目的采用HPLC测定布南色林片的含量。方法色谱柱为Cosmosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸氢二钾溶液(90∶10),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果线性回归方程为:Y=2.374×105X-4.897×104(r=0.9999),线性范围为32~48μg.mL-1,平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.57%。结论所用方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于布南色林片的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of Buananlin tablets by HPLC. Methods The column was Cosmosil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 potassium phosphate dibasic solution (90:10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength 238 nm. Results The linear regression equation was: Y = 2.374 × 105X-4.897 × 104 (r = 0.9999). The linear range was 32-48 μg.mL-1. The average recovery was 99.06% and RSD was 1.57%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can be used for the determination of Buananlin tablets.
