随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑工程行业占据了更加重要的地位。特别是城市化进程的不断加快,使得高层建筑成为了其主要标志。在高层建筑过程中大量的节约了建筑用地加大了我国用地资源的利用率,同时高规模、高复杂的建筑模式也为我国环境以及资源的再利用带来了较大的压力。因此,我国相关的建筑人员在原有建筑的基础上加大设计力度,广泛应用绿色建筑设计理念,避免了不必要资源的浪费,促进我国建筑行业的可持续发展。
With the continuous development of our economy, the construction industry occupies a more important position. In particular, the accelerating process of urbanization has made high-rise buildings their main hallmark. In the process of high-rise building, a large amount of construction land is saved, which increases the utilization rate of land resources in our country. At the same time, the high-scale and high-complexity building modes exert great pressure on the reuse of environment and resources in our country. Therefore, relevant construction personnel in our country have intensified the design efforts on the basis of the original buildings, extensively applied the concept of green building design, avoided the waste of unnecessary resources and promoted the sustainable development of China’s construction industry.
