尽管对毫米波感兴趣的时期约有10~12年,但从最近一些文章的介绍可以看出,美国防部对毫米波系统已有实际需要〔1〕。有迹象表明,这一技术将维持在这一时期。对这些系统的需要已被人们所认识,并且进行了分类,对此我们将不进行详细的研究。在这篇报告中,我们论述铁氧体在毫米波段可能起的作用。本文共分四部分。第一部分介绍毫米波和铁氧体的一般情况。第二部分介绍毫米波铁氧体器件的设想性能。第三部分讨论铁氧体在毫米波段的技术限制。第四部分概括铁氧体在毫米波使用的所有结论。
Although the period of interest for millimeter waves is about 10 to 12 years old, it can be seen from the introduction of some recent articles that the U.S. Department of Defense has actually needed millimeter-wave systems [1]. There are indications that this technology will remain at this period. The need for these systems has been recognized and categorized, and for that reason we will not conduct a detailed study. In this report, we discuss the possible role of ferrite in the millimeter wave band. This article is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the general situation of millimeter wave and ferrite. The second part introduces the imaginary performance of the millimeter-wave ferrite device. The third part discusses the technical limitations of ferrite in the millimeter wave band. The fourth section summarizes all the conclusions about the use of ferrite in millimeter waves.
