本文导出了回转运动副构成的Stephenson型平面六杆回转摆动机构的输出杆在摆动的两个极限位置上停歇的条件。以输出杆的摆动角度和停歇时输入杆转过的角度等作为设计间歇连杆机构的已知条件进行尺度综合,提出了间歇连杆机构综合的解析方法。
This paper derives the condition that the output rod of the Stephenson type planar six-bar rotary swinging mechanism composed of rotary motion pairs stops at the two extreme positions of swinging. Taking the swinging angle of the output rod and the angle of the input rod rotating at the time of stopping as the known conditions for designing the intermittent linkage mechanism, a comprehensive analysis method of the intermittent linkage mechanism is proposed.
