电机噪声是工业缝纫机电机的一个主要特性指标。引起电机噪声的主要是机械离合器部份的轴承噪声,影响轴承噪声的原因主要有:(1)轴承的选用;(2)轴承与滑套、传动轴配合尺寸的影响;(3)装配工艺的影响。下面从此三个方面进行分析。
