鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)及其所致肝病已被认为研究乙型肝炎和肝癌的发生机理的实验模型。但由于感染DHBV的鸭血清中病毒DNA和DNA-P随鸭龄增长而逐渐下降至测不到的水平,检测鸭血清中DHBV-DNA和DNA-P不能完全反映实际感染状态。关于鸭血中DHBV表面抗原(DHBsAg)的检测及共与肝病的关系,国内外皆未见报道。因此,本实验对这一方面进行了研究,并对鸭DHBV感染的流行病学作了一定的探讨。
Duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) and its associated liver disease have been considered as experimental models of the pathogenesis of Hepatitis B and Liver Cancer. However, DHBV-DNA and DNA-P in duck serum infected with DHBV gradually decreased to undetectable levels as the ducklings grew. Detection of DHBV-DNA and DNA-P in duck serum did not fully reflect the actual infection status. On duck blood DHBV surface antigen (DHBsAg) detection and the relationship with liver disease, both at home and abroad have not been reported. Therefore, this experiment has carried on the research to this aspect, and has made the certain discussion to the duck DHBV infection epidemiology.
