1999年10月至2001年6月,北京市举办了“九五”第三期中学校长高级研修班。26名办学成绩突出并有发展潜力的校长参加了培训。通过为期近两年的培训,校长们做专家型校长的意识增强了,视野更为开阔了,教育管理的理论水平提高了,教育改革创新的意识增强了,研修班取得了预期效果。一
From October 1999 to June 2001, Beijing held the Senior Seminar for the Headmasters of the Third Middle School of the Ninth Five-Year Plan. 26 heads of schools with outstanding school performance and potential for development participated in the training. Through the training for nearly two years, the principals have become more and more aware of being an expert headmaster. The field of vision has been broadened. The theoretical level of education and management has been raised. The awareness of educational reform and innovation has been enhanced. The training programs have achieved the desired results. one
