The authors used human monolayer neutrophil technique to detect the opsonophagocytic activity of 10115 monoclonal antibodies (A_4 and D_4) against Pseudomonas aeruginosa group Ⅰ in vitro and to demonstrate the secreted mono-immunogenicity of BALB / c mouse B cell hybridoma cell lines Clonal antibodies can significantly enhance human phagocytosis of the same type of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
