目前我国有不少工厂添置了-5型软管半自动焊机,而且国内也开始生产。根据我们试验的结果,认为在设计上如果作某些改进,就能够满足更多的要求。同时根据我们改装的结果,证明效果也很好。 -5型软管半自动焊机的优点是构造简单,能有很多型式手把来满足不同的要求。但它也有许多缺点,首先是只能作半自动焊不能作自动焊;其次是熔剂漏斗小,使辅助时间加长;再有就是变速是利用齿轮的有级调速,如果与一气割机配合使用则可进行自动电弧焊,但是断弧时由于停车与断弧是同时发出,所以容易
