随着改革开放和市场经济的不断发展,我国外向型经济发展取得了巨大成就。在此形势下,曾在改革大潮中异军突起,为我国经济建设做出过重要贡献的乡镇企业,其外向型经济发展的情况如何?遇到了哪些新问题?1993年11月中旬,笔者带着这些问题,走访了天津市津南区南洋乡,与乡工业总公司韩文明、范学栋两位经理及天津市晶晶灯饰有限公司董事长、总经理刘宗涛等就此问题进行了广泛的探讨。
