报告了一台用于中国原子能科学研究院中红外自由电子激光研究的混合型波振器的研制情况。该波振器采用稀土永磁与纯铁混合形式。磁场气隙及磁场锥度连续可调。波振器的磁场峰值的均方根误差小于0.53%。电子轨迹偏移在0.03mm左右。文中论述了此波振器的设计、利用模拟退火法对磁块进行优化组合、电子束在波振器理想及实际磁场情况下
Reported the development of a hybrid wave resonator for the study of free-electron infrared laser in China Institute of Atomic Energy. The wave resonator using rare earth permanent magnet and pure iron mixed form. Magnetic field air gap and magnetic field taper continuously adjustable. The root mean square error of the magnetic field peak of the wave resonator is less than 0.53%. Electronic track offset about 0.03mm. In this paper, the design of this wave resonator is discussed.
