咨询台:我于2007年7月入职某股份公司,劳动合同签至2012年6月底。2012年7月续签劳动合同至2013年6月底,合同期1年。但此次合同签订后,公司未将续签劳动合同原件返还给我。2013年6月底劳动合同约定期限届满后,双方未再续签过劳动合同,我仍在该公司工作至2014年1月底。2014年2月,我向公司提出解除双方劳动关系,要求公司返还自己与公司签订的最后一期劳动合同原件,支付2013年7月底后未
