随着国内经济的快速发展,国家加大了对国内各基础设施工程的投资力度。工程数量和规模的不断扩大,使得社会和人们对工程质量、工程管理水平以及工程社会和经济效益等提出了更高的要求。因此,加快工程监理向项目管理接轨速度已经成为各国工程行业研究的热点。本文就是在比较工程监理和项目管理基础上,对工程监理与项目管理接轨时存在的问题进行分析,并且就其实现措施进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the state has stepped up its investment in various domestic infrastructure projects. The continuous expansion of the number and scale of projects has made the society and people put forward higher requirements on project quality, project management level, social and economic benefits of the project. Therefore, accelerating the speed of project supervision to project management has become a hot topic in the engineering industry in various countries. This article is based on the comparison of project supervision and project management, analyzes the existing problems when the project supervision and project management are in line, and discusses the measures for its realization.
