我国混凝土外加剂的生产已初具规模。全国拥有外加剂生产厂100余家,生产能力达19.13万吨/年。1984年产量约6.912万吨,可供1702万吨水泥使用。若按1984年水泥产量1.4亿吨计算,约在12%的水泥中使用了外加剂。到“七五”期末,水泥产量约1.8亿多吨,若在20%水泥中使用外加剂,则外加剂产量应达16万吨,相应需23万吨年生产能力。如何对混凝土外加剂的生产进行合理地布局,这是当前我国混凝土外加剂发展的重大问题。
The production of concrete admixtures in China has begun to take shape. The country has more than 100 manufacturers of admixtures, with a production capacity of 191,300 tons/year. In 1984, the output was about 69.12 million tons, which can be used for 17.02 million tons of cement. If the 1984 cement output is 140 million tons, additives are used in about 12% of the cement. By the end of the “7th Five-Year Plan” period, cement production will be approximately 180 million tons. If additives are used in 20% of cement, the output of additives should reach 160,000 tons, corresponding to an annual production capacity of 230,000 tons. How to rationalize the production of concrete admixtures is a major issue in the development of concrete admixtures in China.
