测量预行程,对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ系列喷油泵调试时无法使用探头式测量,一般都是采用试管溢油法,这种方法比较麻烦,A 型泵或其它一部分型号的喷油泵应使用探头式测量,可又因这种测量表座加工要求高,加工数量又小,从而工本费高。这里介绍一种用东方红Ⅱ泵柱塞改制的探头式预行程测量表座,解决了这套设备的加工难度,保证或提高了测量精度,而且价格比较低廉。具体改制方法如下:
