企业行为是指企业作为商品生产者、经营者被内在的动力结构驱使,对外部环境的刺激作出的反应。企业内在动力结构表现为企业的目标,企业外部环境表现为各种条件。因此,企业行为概括为,企业在既定条件下,受企业目标支配的企业生产经营活动。根据不同的角度,企业行为可以分为不同的种类。首先,从企业再生产过程角度来划分,可以分为:(一) 企业的生产行为。(二) 企业的积累行为。(三) 企业的分配行为。(四) 企业的交换行为。其次,从特定的时间角度来划分,可以分为企业的长期行为和企业的短期行为。第三,从企业行为的性质来划分,可以分为合理行为和不合理行为。
Corporate behavior refers to the reaction of an enterprise as a producer and manager of a product driven by an internal dynamic structure and stimulating the external environment. The internal power structure of an enterprise is the target of the enterprise, and the external environment of the enterprise is represented by various conditions. Therefore, the corporate behavior is summarized as the enterprise’s production and business activities under the given conditions and subject to the company’s goals. According to different perspectives, corporate behavior can be divided into different categories. First of all, from the point of view of the enterprise reproduction process, it can be divided into: (a) the enterprise’s production behavior. (b) Accumulated behavior of enterprises. (c) Distribution of enterprises. (d) The exchange of enterprises. Second, the division from a specific time perspective can be divided into long-term behaviors of enterprises and short-term behaviors of enterprises. Third, from the nature of corporate behavior, it can be divided into reasonable behavior and irrational behavior.
