中小企业正在成为推动我国经济增长的一支重要力量,是现阶段实现我国经济持续健康增长的主力军。但其发展也面临许多困难,其中融资难将直接影响我国中小企业的发展。鉴于此本文分析了中小企业的融资需求和中小企业资本市场融资的可行性,阐述了中小企业资本市场融资的原则,探讨了如何通过资本市场解决中小企业的融资困境。
SMEs are becoming an important force in promoting China’s economic growth and are the main force in realizing the sustained and healthy growth of our economy at this stage. However, its development also faces many difficulties, of which financing difficulties will directly affect the development of SMEs in our country. In view of this paper analyzes the financing needs of SMEs and SME capital market financing feasibility, elaborated the principle of SME capital market financing, discussed how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs through the capital market.
