图书馆生存和发展的基础是为读者提供服务,想尽一切办法,采取一切措施提高服务读者的能力是图书馆工作人员一直追求的目标,读者对图书馆的整体评价决定了一个图书馆存在的意义,决定了图书馆的服务水平。现阶段,读者的需求日益个性化,如何满足不同读者的不同需求,提高服务读者的意识,是图书馆管理人员重点考虑的问题。本文结合本人工作实际,就如何提高图书馆的读者服务水平做简要介绍。

At this stage, the reader’s needs are increasingly personalized, how to meet the different needs of different readers and improve the awareness of service readers is a key consideration for library managers.
