随着社会的发展,对教师的工作职能赋予了新的内涵,教师的思想观念、利益结构、行为方式乃至心理状态都发生了很大的变化。这种变化极大地提高了教师劳动的复杂程度,创造性质。为了使教师在教育理念、智能结构、教学能力等各方面都得到提高。教师评价作为高利害评价体系,会使教师选择改变自己的教育行为和科研策略来应对,即使他们认为这样做并没有价值。长此以往,教师将丧失创造性和思考能力,产生职业倦怠。本文旨在为改变这种状况,对构建发展性的教师评价体系提出一些看法,通过教师评价体系的导向机制实现教师的发展与再提高。
With the development of society, new connotation has been given to teachers 'job functions. Teachers' ideas, interest structures, behavior patterns and even mental states have undergone great changes. This change has greatly increased the complexity of teachers' work and created their nature. In order to make teachers in education philosophy, intelligent structure, teaching ability and other aspects are improved. As a high appraisal system, teacher evaluation will make teachers choose to change their own educational behavior and research strategies to deal with, even if they think there is no value in doing so. Over time, teachers will lose creativity and thinking skills, resulting in job burnout. In order to change this situation, this article puts forward some suggestions on how to build a developmental teacher evaluation system, and realizes teacher development and re-improvement through the guidance mechanism of teacher evaluation system.
