邮电退休职工人数逐年迅增,现已达13万人,相当于在职人员总数的14.4%。关心退休职工晚年生活,使他们老有所依、老有所乐、老有所学、老有所为,是各级邮电部门行政和工会应尽的职责。目前,多数单位重视了这项工作。但也还有三分之一的单位尚无人管理;就是有人管理的单位,工作水平也亟待提高。今年五月,各地邮电部门主管这项工作的同志在福建省漳州市开会,就如何加强全国邮电部门退休职工管理服务工作问题,从以下几个方面进行了研讨。
The number of posts and telecommunications retired employees has increased rapidly year by year, now reaching 130,000, equivalent to 14.4% of the total serving staff. They discussed how to strengthen the management and service work for the retired staff and workers of the postal and telecommunications departments in the country from the following aspects.
