邮电退休职工人数逐年迅增,现已达13万人,相当于在职人员总数的14.4%。关心退休职工晚年生活,使他们老有所依、老有所乐、老有所学、老有所为,是各级邮电部门行政和工会应尽的职责。目前,多数单位重视了这项工作。但也还有三分之一的单位尚无人管理;就是有人管理的单位,工作水平也亟待提高。今年五月,各地邮电部门主管这项工作的同志在福建省漳州市开会,就如何加强全国邮电部门退休职工管理服务工作问题,从以下几个方面进行了研讨。 The number of posts and telecommunications retired employees has increased rapidly year by year, now reaching 130,000, equivalent to 14.4% of the total serving staff.
