当前,工业系统的各个行业都十分重视抓产品结构调整。因为不断调整产品结构,可使企业永葆勃勃生机,在竞争中立于不败之地,通过产品结构调控,可以提高企业素质,壮大企业发展后劲,不断提高经济效益。抓好产品结构调整,决不是权宜之计,而应作为企业求生存、谋发展的长期战略。目前,虽然产品结构调整在一些企业已取得成效,但从整体上看,结构调整进度慢、周期长的现象仍较普遍。
At present, various industries in the industrial system attach great importance to the adjustment of product structure. Because constantly adjusting the product structure will enable the company to remain viable forever and remain invincible in the competition. Through the control of product structure, it can improve the quality of the company, strengthen the company’s development potential, and continuously improve economic efficiency.
