本文对比研究了34例Ⅰ期矽肺、73例Ⅱ期矽肺、21例Ⅲ期矽肺病人和54例正常人的肺阻抗容积图及右心收缩时间间期的各项指标,认为肺阻抗容积图及右心收缩时间间期测定对矽肺的诊断有价值;Ⅲ期矽肺病人波幅、流入容积速度、流出容积速度、RVET、PEP、PEP/RVET等6项指标与正常人有明显和非常明显差异,说明Ⅲ期矽肺病人右心功能受损,而Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期矽肺病人右心功能尚无明显受损。另外本文对电极板放置右腋中线位置的优越性进行了探讨。
