高校基层党组织是党建工作的一个重要组成部分,是培训党员、干部和入党积极分子的摇篮,是学习和宣传中国特色社会主义理论的主阵地。新时期,在党中央的高度重视下,我国高校基层党组织建设取得了较大的成果。但是,随着当前国内外形势的不断变化,特别是学校正在推行校院两级管理体制改革,向建设成为特色鲜明的高水平应用型地方大学奋进的新时期,高校基层党组织面临着重大挑战,存在许多函待解决的问题。因此,加强探索高校基层党组织建设是新时期一项重要而紧迫的任务。
