本文根据国内外最新资料,将铝和铝合金的分析方法分类概述于下,旨在提供新方法的检索手段。 1.重量分析本法系经典化学分析法之一。方法特点是无需标准样品或基准物质,准确度较高,迄今仍用于铝和铝合金中Ni(丁二肟镍重量法)、Si(硅重量法)和铝粉中Al_3O_3的重量分析。其中硅重量法仍被列为国际际准化组织(ISO)推荐的标准方法。然而,重量法操作冗杂、耗时较多、分析技术要求较高,所以,发展较为缓慢。
This article based on the latest information at home and abroad, the aluminum and aluminum alloy analysis methods outlined below, aims to provide new means of retrieval means. 1. Weight Analysis This is one of the classic chemical analysis. The method is characterized by high accuracy without standard samples or reference materials and so far it is still used for gravimetric analysis of Ni (butadiene dioxime nickel), Si (Si gravimetric method) and Al_3O_3 in aluminum powder in aluminum and aluminum alloys. The silicon gravimetric method is still listed as the standard method recommended by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). However, the gravimetric method is complicated, time-consuming and requires high analytical techniques. Therefore, the development is slow.
