患者女,22岁。因怀孕6个月,头昏乏力,面色苍白1个月于1989年3月26日入院。体检:血压15.96/10.64kPa,脉搏80次/分,心肺正常,外周血血红蛋白56g/L。既往身体健康,能参加体力劳动。入院诊断:孕6个月,贫血,输新鲜血300ml,输血前肌注地塞米松10mg,当输血130ml时,患者突感胸闷气急,口唇轻绀,呼吸急促,双肺满布哮鸣音。诊断为输血过敏反应,即给非那根,氨茶碱,地塞米松等治疗,
