This phenomenon has caused great concern by the Central Party Committee and the State Council in falsifying statistics and exaggerating the rhetoric. At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, held this year, NPC deputies and members of the CPPCC National Committee are all the more outspoken.
