采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了大豆锈病不同严重度、离病斑中心不同距离,以及抗感锈病不同品种接种后病程与过氧化物酶同工酶的关系,结果表明:发病不同严重度(Ⅰ~Ⅲ级)比对照(未接种0级)酶谱带多1~2条,活性由大到小依次为Ⅱ级>Ⅰ级>Ⅲ级>0级;离病斑中心越近酶带越多,且酶活性越强;随着接种时间的推迟(0~32小时)过氧化物酶带数增多,酶活性增强;抗病品种与感病品种接种后相同时间进行比较,抗病品种比感病品种多1~4条酶带,且其酶活性亦较高;Rf值0.78~0.85间的酶谱与大豆锈病的发生发展有着密切关系。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the relationship between the severity of soybean rust and different distance from the center of the lesion and the course of the disease peroxidase after inoculation of different varieties of anti-rust rust. The results showed that the incidence of different severity (Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ grade) than the control (uninoculated 0 level) enzyme bands with 1 to 2 more activity in descending order of Ⅱ grade> Ⅰ> Ⅲ> 0; The more enzyme activity, the stronger the enzyme activity. With the postponed of inoculation time (0 ~ 32 hours), the number of peroxidase bands increased and the enzyme activity increased. The resistant varieties and susceptible varieties were compared at the same time after inoculation, 1 ~ 4 bands more than susceptible cultivars, and the enzyme activity was also higher. The zymogram with Rf value of 0.78 ~ 0.85 was closely related to the occurrence and development of soybean rust.
