本品系可乐定、双肼达嗪和双氢克尿塞三种药物的小剂量复方降压制剂。经上海市高血压研究所、南京医学院附院、苏州医学院第一附院、常州市各医院的临床应用,其降压有效率为78.5%。适应症:原发性高血压,肾性高血压,不适宜手术的肾血管狭窄性高血压以及合并有溃疡病或哮喘的高血压患者。
The strains of clonidine, hydrazidazine and hydrochlorothiazide three drugs of small doses of compound antihypertensive agents. The Shanghai Institute of Hypertension, Nanjing Medical College Affiliated Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou Medical College, Changzhou City, the clinical application of the antihypertensive effective rate was 78.5%. Indications: essential hypertension, renal hypertension, inappropriate stenosis of renal arteries and hypertensive patients with ulcer disease or asthma.
