目的 了解上海市社区卫生服务站收支平衡情况。方法 以调查问卷方法对上海市 10 0家社区卫生服务站进行资料收集。结果 10 0家社区卫生服务站中 ,有 70家有业务收入 ,其中若不计算防保津贴补偿 ,有 2 0家 (2 8 5 7% )可达到收支平衡 ;若防保津贴按 6元 人补偿 ,则有 44家 (6 2 86 % )可达到收支平衡 ;若防保津贴按 8元 人补偿 ,则有 48家 (6 8 5 7% )可达到收支平衡。另 30家无业务收入者 ,若防保津贴按 6元 人补偿 ,有 11家 (36 17% )可达到收支平衡 ;防保津贴按 8元 人补偿 ,则有 15家可达到收支平衡。结论 社区卫生服务站达到收支平衡仍需政府政策的进一步扶持
Objective To understand the balance between income and expenditure of community health service stations in Shanghai. Methods Data were collected from 100 community health service stations in Shanghai by questionnaires. Results Of the 100 community health service stations, 70 had business income. Among them, 20 (2 8 5 7%) could achieve balance if they did not calculate the compensation for health protection allowances; In terms of compensation, 44 (6 286 %) can achieve a balance of payments; if the protection allowance is compensated by 8 yuan, 48 (68 of 57 %) can achieve a balance between revenue and expenditure. For the other 30 companies without income from business, if the protection allowance is paid by 6 yuan, 11 companies (36 17%) can achieve a balance of income and expenditure; if the protection premium is compensated by 8 yuan, 15 companies can achieve a balance of payments. . Conclusion Community health service stations need to further support government policies to achieve balance.
