未央区作为西安市唯一列入陕西省干部人事制度改革的试点区,在坚持以“实名推荐、公开比选、差额票决”为主要内容的“选人用人七步工作法”(即:摸底考察,实名推荐,常委会讨论提名,全委会票决,任前培训,就职宣誓承诺,试用期满述职述廉)的基础上,不断扩大选人用人民主,在推动基层党组织民主建设上进行了一些有益尝试。
Weiyang District, as the only pilot area in Xi’an that is included in the reform of the cadre personnel system in Shaanxi Province, adhered to the “seven-step work method of selecting and employing” with the main content of “recommendation of real names, public selection and shortfalls” (That is, on the basis of thorough investigation, recommendation of real names, discussion and nomination by standing committees, vote-by-vote of all committees, training before term of office, sworn promise of taking office, expiration of probation for probation period) Organized democratic construction conducted some useful attempts.
