随着政府职能的转型和城市体制的变革,我国社区建设正在深入开展,社区在推进城市化进程、加强基层民主建设和提高人民生活水平等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。社区档案工作是社区工作的重要组成部分并服务于社区工作,同时又是档案工作的新领域。在社区档案工作中还存在着诸多问题,如何更好地开展社区档案工作,以推动和谐社区的建设,是摆在每个档案人员面前的重要问题。1.因地制宜地开展档案工作。社区档案必须因地制宜、实事求是地开展,首先,要通过不同形式的宣传教育来提高社区居民的档案意识,使其认识到档案工作
