这次学习实践活动的指导思想、主要原则和目标要求是什么?中央制定下发的《中共中央关于在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动的意见》,明确提出了这次学习实践活动的指导思想、主要原则和目标要求。学习实践活动的指导思想,是“高举一面旗帜、突出一个主题、围绕一个总要求、明确三个着力点”。

The CPC Central Committee has promulgated the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Conducting In-depth Study and Practice of Scientific Outlook on Development in the Whole Party, and clearly put forward this study and practice Guiding ideology, main principles and goals and requirements. The guiding ideology of studying and practicing activities is to “hold high the banner, highlight a theme, and focus on one general requirement and clarify the three focuses.”
