7,7-二溴双环[4,1,0]庚烷及其类似化合物与烷基锂反应形成三员环卡宾中间体以后,可以进行分子内插入反应,生成双环丁烷衍生物。这一反应常用于制备一些用其它方法难于合成的高张力多环化合物。以金属钠为试剂,与1,1-二溴环丙烷反应经卡宾中间体重排成丙二烯衍生物已有报道,但与1,1-二氯环丙烷的类似反应却被认为相当困难。同时,利用金属钠和1,1-二卤环丙烷衍生物的反应进行分子内插入反应的研究工作尚未见诸文献报道。
After 7,7-dibromobicyclo [4,1,0] heptane and its analogous compounds react with alkyllithium to form a three-membered ring carbene intermediate, an intramolecular insertion reaction can be carried out to form the bicyclobutane derivative. This reaction is often used to prepare some high-tension polycyclic compounds that are otherwise difficult to synthesize. The reaction of sodium metal with 1,1-dibromocyclopropane via rearrangement of carbene intermediates into propadiene derivatives has been reported. However, the similar reaction with 1,1-dichlorocyclopropane has been found to be rather difficult. At the same time, the use of sodium metal and 1,1-dihalocyclopropane derivative reaction carried out intramolecular insertion of the study has not been reported in the literature.
