自2007年启动和乐教育整体改革以来,济南市历城区实验小学紧紧围绕“和乐教育”思想,统一认识,凝神聚力,锐意改革,持之以恒,构建了和乐教育七大体系,并且在“和乐教育”教学体系的研究上取得突出的成绩。和乐教育先后10多次在全国中小学校长论坛、全国基础教育论坛、全国人文教育会议等全国性会议上作主题发言,吸引了全国近30个省份和10个国家的教育人士到校访问交流。学校在2011年山东省第三届省级教学成果奖(政府奖)评比中获得最高奖一等奖。
